1. Qué son estos términos
Son las condiciones con las que Origami Cosmetic (Odessa, Texas) presta sus servicios y con las que funciona la reserva en línea de este sitio. Al reservar una cita, las aceptas.
2. Reservas y depósito
Las citas se reservan por este sitio, por WhatsApp o por teléfono. Para confirmar una cita en línea se cobra un depósito: $25 en los servicios individuales y $50 en los paquetes de varias sesiones.
- El depósito se descuenta del precio del servicio. El resto se paga en el estudio el día de la cita.
- El pago se procesa en una página segura de Square. Origami Cosmetic no ve ni guarda los datos de tu tarjeta.
- Mientras no se complete el pago, el horario queda apartado durante 15 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo se libera y puede tomarlo otra persona.
Los precios publicados son precios de partida. El precio final puede variar según tu valoración personalizada; te lo decimos antes de empezar, nunca después.
3. Cancelaciones y cambios
Si necesitas cancelar o mover tu cita, avísanos con al menos 24 horas por WhatsApp. Con ese aviso el depósito se conserva para tu nueva cita.
Si no avisas o no te presentas, el depósito cubre el tiempo que quedó reservado y no se devuelve. Llegar con mucho retraso puede obligarnos a acortar el tratamiento o a reprogramarlo, porque después de ti hay otra clienta.
4. Mensajes de texto (SMS)
Al reservar puedes marcar una casilla para recibir mensajes de texto sobre tu cita. Es opcional y la casilla no viene marcada. Si reservas por teléfono o por mensaje, te lo preguntamos en ese momento y solo lo registramos si dices que sí. En cualquiera de los dos casos recibirás normalmente tres mensajes por cita: la confirmación, un recordatorio el día antes y otro la mañana de la cita.
Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu operador. Responde STOP a cualquier mensaje para darte de baja, o HELP para pedir ayuda. Darte de baja de los SMS no cancela tu cita. Cómo tratamos tu número está en la política de privacidad.
5. Salud y seguridad
Antes de cada tratamiento hacemos una valoración. Para que sea útil necesitamos que nos cuentes lo que pueda afectarte: alergias, embarazo, medicación, cirugías recientes o problemas de piel. Nos reservamos el derecho de no realizar un tratamiento si consideramos que no es seguro para ti.
Nuestros servicios son estéticos: no son un tratamiento médico ni sustituyen la consulta con un profesional de la salud. Los resultados dependen de cada piel y de cada cuerpo, así que no podemos garantizar un resultado concreto.
6. Menores
Los servicios están dirigidos a personas mayores de 18 años. Un tratamiento a un menor requiere la presencia y el consentimiento de su madre, padre o tutor.
7. Fotografías
A veces nos gusta enseñar nuestro trabajo. Nunca publicamos una foto tuya sin pedírtelo antes, y puedes decir que no sin que eso cambie nada de tu atención. Si nos diste permiso y luego cambias de opinión, avísanos y la retiramos.
8. Contenido del sitio
Los textos, el logotipo y las imágenes de este sitio son de Origami Cosmetic. Algunas imágenes son ilustrativas del ambiente del estudio y no representan resultados de clientas.
9. Cambios en estos términos
Si cambiamos algo, actualizamos la fecha del encabezado. Las condiciones que se aplican a tu cita son las que estaban publicadas el día que la reservaste.

1. About these terms
These are the conditions under which Origami Cosmetic (Odessa, Texas) provides its services and under which online booking on this site works. By booking an appointment, you accept them.
2. Bookings and deposit
Appointments can be booked on this site, by WhatsApp, or by phone. To confirm an online appointment we charge a deposit: $25 for individual services and $50 for multi-session packages.
- The deposit is applied toward the price of the service. The balance is paid at the studio on the day of your appointment.
- Payment is processed on a secure Square page. Origami Cosmetic never sees or stores your card details.
- Until payment is completed, the time slot is held for 15 minutes. After that it is released and someone else may take it.
Published prices are starting prices. The final price may vary based on your personalized assessment; we tell you before we begin, never after.
3. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. With that notice your deposit carries over to your new appointment.
If you do not notify us or do not show up, the deposit covers the time that was reserved and is not refunded. Arriving very late may mean we have to shorten the treatment or reschedule it, because there is another client after you.
4. Text messages (SMS)
When booking you may check a box to receive text messages about your appointment. It is optional and the box is not pre-checked. If you book by phone or message, we ask you at that moment and record it only if you say yes. Either way, you will typically receive three messages per appointment: the confirmation, a reminder the day before, and one on the morning of the appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment. How we handle your number is described in our privacy policy.
5. Health and safety
We carry out an assessment before every treatment. For it to be useful we need you to tell us anything that could affect you: allergies, pregnancy, medication, recent surgery, or skin conditions. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if we believe it is not safe for you.
Our services are cosmetic: they are not medical treatment and do not replace consulting a healthcare professional. Results depend on each person's skin and body, so we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
6. Minors
Our services are intended for people over 18. Treating a minor requires the presence and consent of a parent or guardian.
7. Photographs
We sometimes like to show our work. We never publish a photo of you without asking first, and you can say no without it changing anything about your care. If you gave permission and later change your mind, tell us and we will take it down.
8. Site content
The text, logo, and images on this site belong to Origami Cosmetic. Some images illustrate the studio atmosphere and do not represent client results.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change anything, we update the date in the header. The terms that apply to your appointment are the ones published on the day you booked it.
